Great experience with Rob's RV. Had an issue with a Lippert PSX1 Equalizing leveler. Lippert thought the issue was the motor, Rob wasn't convinced. He took the time to meticulously isolate and diagnose the issue, which was the "Extend/Retract" switch, not the motor. I am an engineer, observing the logical process Rob went through to isolate the problem was really impressive. That process saved me a lot of money and time. I recommend Rob's RV, they are fair and honest. Thank you Rob.”

I called because our air conditioning went out. He came that day and checked it out. Got it working but knew we would need to replace it soon. He found the replacement unit and installed it quickly, within a day of my call! He also fixed some spots on our roof. He is friendly and fast and reasonably priced!! Newbie RV rescuer. Had problem with TT lights and vehicle electrical connection being fried. Rob showed up to work on neighbor site, but saw that we were having issues. He offered a replacement connector and rewired it to the trailer. Nothing was fixing the problem, and since we had to head home, he offered to follow us to dealer 20 miles away to at as our brake lights and turn signals. He wouldn't take any money and spent nearly 3 hours helping us. Great guy, and you can bet we'll be calling Rob after trailer is past manufacturers warranty! THX to our neighbor too for letting Rob come back later to do his work.”
